I purchased the REDTIGER F7N Touch 4k, and the entire transaction was smooth from start to finish. The dash cam arrived earlier than expected, brand new and in excellent condition. I Purchased it directly from the REDTIGER website, and it came with a hardwire kit free of charge, which was a great bonus. The front camera produces crisp, clear video, and the rear camera is superb as well. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality dash cam.

Delivery was on time, fully traceable and convenient. The upgrade replacement was immediately noticeable. Touch screen helped us dial in our old settings as a place to start but really like the functionality. Have yet to learn/use the vocal options. Already have video to share with our community about inappropriate and dangerous drivers to bring better enforcement to keep everyone safer in this world. Fedex blowing stop lights in school zones, road rage onto incoming traffic to cut in front of thirty vehicles. Even intentionally uncoverec the cameras from a snow storm to have evidence of any potential plow damage while in parking mode! Looking forward to this being our camera for the future. Customer service was great, answered quickly and offered suggestions and allowed ample time to select our new unit. Have recommend to coworkers time and time again and happy to continue recommending after this level of customer support!

Within a few months of purchase, I had to have the radio removed, shipped, and reinstalled because the touchscreen wasn't functioning properly. I shipped it back for warranty repair and am awaiting a resolution. However, I had to cover the expenses of removal, reinstallation, and shipping, which I feel is unfair. While I understand the warranty covers the product itself, Panasonic should offer a return label, reimbursement, or coupons to cover the removal and reinstallation costs. The reinstallation cost me $80: $50 for removal/reinstallation and $30 for shipping. After they upgraded the software and redid the touchscreen, it seems to be working well. I am updating my review and hope it continues to function well in the future.

I got this for my wife after she almost got into an accident from someone running a stop sign. Since purchasing the front and rear dash cam, she's more at ease when driving. The parking mode is the cherry on top especially when it comes to people randomly parking super close to her.

I just had my touchscreen hardwire installed at best buy so I've only had it a few days but I'm really loving it already. As you can see in the video you can clearly read license plates, the 4k video is really nice. Also, the WIFI download is nice, just save the video to my iPhone and I can send it anywhere. Highly recommend.
This unit has been used in a dump truck that obviously is bounced around all day. So far it has been flawless and has impressive clarity with the optional lense cover.
The F7NT is a awesome camera! The image quality far exceeded my expectations and the software is very intuitive... love the touch screen. Install was a breeze using the OBD connector. Furthermore, RedTiger's customer service is prompt, curteous, professional. Highly recommended!!

Glad I upgraded from buying the previous version of the touchscreen. Controls are now more responsive, and the interface remains intuitive and easy to navigate. The video and audio quality recorded by this model is still very good, and there are plenty of features to take advantage of. I also love all the settings available for configuration! I am very happy with this dash cam (front and back).
Only had my cam in my work truck for a little under a week now…and have already used it to give a video to a small fender bender wreck I witnessed. Easy access, great video quality. I can’t really get the voice function to work except for “take picture”, which it also likes to trigger randomly when my audiobook is on. So can’t say voice is worth it, but touch is handy. Lots of options I’ll frankly never use but guess it’s better to have than not? Install was easy, setup even easier. Worth it!

I was a bit overwhelmed getting the camera to work. It took me about an hour. I drive a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. That being said, the rear camera was not possible. One thing I still don’t get, when it turns on, it shows a dark screen for several minutes. I’m usually driving by the time it shows a picture. I have not taken the memory card out to see if it is recording at the beginning of the”Redtiger” logo, I hope it is. I was hoping it would show my drives recorded on my I phone. So far if it does, I have not figured that out. If I would have known the problems before buying it, I would have not bought it.

I wanted a 4K front and back which I received. I assumed that both front and rear were color so I am not sure how I missed that the rear was black and white. Also I have not connected the power to the fuse box for complete protection. I wish there was a better way. The camera works well. After realizing that the rear is black and white I saw the next version was both true color.

The camera is as expected. My only complaint is that I wanted a camera that had better quality but only came with the adhesive on it and not the suction cup which I wanted. Why can’t you supply both mounts for the camera?

My wife has one and we love it so when shopping for a dashcam this was an obvious choice. I love that it came with the hardwire kit and I love that the hardwire kit has a display when you connect each wire making it much easier to make the right connections. I love how easy it is to setup, use, and download the videos to the phone. Overall this dashcam is the best value for the price.

Tell me why my screen goes dark after a about 14 months of use. I have had two of these, still have two of the rear cams, still in the packages. Truly not a happy customer, I drive a company truck and use it to cover my butt. Red Tiger is going to lose out on my next buy.

Bought two. Seems pretty nifty. Instructions are awfully skimpy, a lot of clicking around and guesswork. Wireless connection very persnickity although in reality I don't expect to be using it much. So far, I'm happy with it. Just another step down into the "Low Trust Society" abyss.
