Yes,the hardwire kit(ASIN:B09WCTZ3Y8) enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardwire kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately.
I lost the dash cam accessories during use, can I buy them separately?
Redtiger sells single accessory on the website, including F7N rear camera extension cable 33FT, exterior rear camera, suction cup bracket, 3M bracket and so on.
Do I need to buy Memory card to use this dash cam?what size memory card is recommended?
This dash cam supports memory card of 32GB-256GB. A free 128GB card is included in the package. U3 Class 10 memory card is recommended if you need to buy a new one, or just purchase Redtiger in-store 256GB card which is the most fit.
I don't know how to install dash camera and is this dash cam war-ranty 18 months?

During our first road trip with this unit we received a memory error. The unit is supposed to record over old data when the card is full. It was very frustrating trying to figure out what to do about this. I was disappointed that we had this problem.

Finally got it all hooked up and wire all hidden. It took me a while to to me being 75 yrs old and haven't had some terribly HOT weather to deal with. But things worked out well. It's amazing the clarity it has. Love it!!
RedTiger F7NP DashCams are so good I just bought another one for my new GMC. I’d installed one in my Silverado a couple years ago. After moving to a more populated part of the Country, I realized how crazy some people drive and felt recording my travels is the best possible way to document any vehicular issues I might be involved in. Plus, the ability to wire it up with the RedTiger OBD kit made it a no-brainer to install. At these prices, there is no reason to not have one in every vehicle you drive.

Just hooked it up but so far it’s very clear and works well.
Wish the suction mount was not the only option. I would’ve liked to use a dash mounted option to allow me to run the hardwire kit down into the dash area to the fuse box. If you cannot do that then allow the forward facing camera to rotate view like the rear camera.
Prompt shipping information, accurate time line. Upgraded product installed easily and notable increase in image quality. Have to experience the voice activation, but having the touch screen has made the set up so much faster. Looking forward to this upgrade going forward.

The 4K front camera captures super clear footage, even at night, and the wide-angle lens covers everything on the road. Setup was quick, and the built-in WiFi/app makes it easy to review videos right on my phone. The parking mode is a nice bonus for extra security. Overall, it’s a solid dash cam that feels premium without breaking the bank

Excellent example of why I have the camera. Yes the videos have audio, but I edited the audio out due to a private conversation I was having at the time.
I bought one after seeing one of the auto enthusiasts I watch recommend it. It is extremely high-quality for the price and I feel much better about my partner being out on the road knowing that they are monitoring what the other drivers around them are doing. Having used it for a few days in her car I will likely install one in both my car and my stepson's car.

Works perfectly for me, easy to install. Only thing is that I have trouble keeping the suction mount stay attached to front windshield.
A very good quality camera and Video. Great customer service! After much research, Red Tiger is the only dash cam I found that has an external camera for the rear of the vehicle. All competitors have a rear camera the mounts to the inside of the back window. I chose the hard wire option, sold separately through Red Tiger, since I wanted the camera to start automatically when the truck started. The kit includes a cigarette lighter plug. The interface is very easy to navigate. The camera on the right side has three buttons aligned vertically. The top and bottom buttons are used to advance or back track. The middle button is used to select. The instruction booklet is written well, and has QR codes that direct you to install and connecting your phone to the camera to downloading recordings. Customer support responded promptly the next morning as my email to them was in the evening. The only challenge I had was connecting the phone app to the camera. It was my fault. I would have saved time if I just followed their instructions from the start. I am very pleased with the product quality and confident knowing that if I have a question down the road that a friendly customer service team is a phone call or email away. FYI - The recording is crisp, and clear. The truck was facing the sun which made the camera in the pic look dark.
Very happy with my red tiger camera! The product is excellent quality and construction. Had a professional install my camera systemn, very quality installation. The end result is a very neat and nice looking dash cam.
I have F7NP camera. Pocture quality is great woth really good angle, easy to navigate and easy to use app. Only problem I had it is attached by a tiny bolt and nut that I advise to check. It is not intuitive as it comes attached out of the box as single element. It somehow unscrewed itself during driving, camera fell and tiny nut ended up somwhere in my ventilation system behind the dashboard. Now it's hanging on a piece of string as I can't find a tiny bolt like that anywhere. As a result I have to knock some points off the review, which is a shame as otherwise good piece of equipment for the price.

I've already used this to identify a 'road rage' worker in our parking lot. The camera was on, even though I'd parked it, and as a result was able to capture him from about 50 yards away driving recklessly. It supported my personal testimony to management.
My previous dash am was the BlackVue front and back and an external battery to run it in parking mode. Just installed this REDTIGER front and back camera combo with touchscreen. Hardwired into the car fuse board, all works as described on their website and really happy with it, I do like the idea of having a screen because my previous one didn’t so I couldn’t really tell if it was working properly without connecting the app on the phone, and it cost me 5 times more than this one. The only downside that I would say is that the GPS mount is a little bulky, I wanted to install the camera newer to the middle of the windscreen where I had my previous dashcam so it’s less obvious. Because of the size of the mount the camera sits lower and knocks onto the rear view mirror and it’s currently set off centre. My next step is to get a bigger memory card. I believe it supports up to 256GB.
This is the best dashcam I've ever used. I previously used two other dashcams from other brands, but those ones were difficult to use and stopped working. This dashcam is easy to use and easy to install. I was able to reuse the rear camera cable from my previous dashcam, which saved a lot of time. I recommend using 3M command strips to install the rear camera, makes it easier to remove the camera if ever needed. This dashcam uses WiFi to connect to your phone. The dashcam will tell you its name and password, which you'll select and input on your phone. The associated App seems easy to use. All in all, definitely worth the money.

Besides it's very nice price, when you know how expensive are some others brand, what else could we ask for ?!?! Just install it, really not difficult to run & hide the cables, I'm a private daylight driver, so right now for security reason I've put the rear cam on the dashboard (watch vid) facing my customers in the cabin, started with screen on to check it, now I've shut it, it lights on when I start and then one can see the little lights meaning that's it's working, works well with daylight, wish there was a 3 way cam available here in France/Europe. Shipping was quick, customer service seems very good also... Great product, I recomend absolutely if you don't want to put too much money in theese devices, install it and forget it, just manage to format the sd card through the app and that's it. The camera quality at night is very clear I love it
The RedTiger F7NP 4K Dash Cam installation was easy and the numerous features let me dial in on the perfect set up I was looking for. The 4K front cam offers amazing detail and picking up license plate numbers (If needed) even at a distance. The rear cam in 1080p which I mounted inside the rear tinted window gives me a great vantage point for those tail gating idiots. Again, details on license plates is awesome.. The only adjustment I had to make was to swivel the rear cam up slightly to get away from the defroster lines which set it up perfectly for detailed views. The ONLY suggestion I’d make is I wish RedTiger would have a swivel adjustment to the mount. You can move the front cam up/down easily but there is no movement left/right which would help dial in the perfect views! Awesome Product & Technology!! Be back soon for to add one to my truck!! Thnx
front camera has wide angle lens and the screen is wide and clear. the WIFI connection with Android app was a bit cumbersome, but not problematic. Installation was breeze.

This is a great camera; I added a Redtiger polarizing filter for clarity on my dash cam camera in all conditions. For added value, I downloaded the Redtiger GPS Player from the Website. This GPS Player allows you to playback the downloaded video, it shows you the speeds at which you travel, the location on a city map, average speed, ... I'm very happy about my purchase and talking about it to my family and friends.
Hey! I learned from the present Website that you can get the GPSPlayer from Redtiger. The free app that works for Windows and Mac can let you see the recorded video of your travels from your camera. The app shows the recording, the route on a map, the speeds at which you travel in the recording, ... Very cool!
I bought from Amazon.ca and installed the camera last week. I replaced the provided 32 Gb Micro SD card with a 128 Gb Micro SD card for more storage space. I added a polarizing filter bought at the Redtiger website for clarity and eliminating dash glare in all conditions. I did not hardwire the camera as I was not confident in doing it properly; I use the 12 Volt connector instead. This is a great camera for the price and I am fully satisfied with my purchase.
