I had bought a dashcam after my 1st car was totaled by a drunk driver. I do not drive without my camera. RedTiger granted me peace of mind allowing me to have this piece of my life back without fear. To make things ever better, their customer services couldn’t get any better. I ran into a usps delivery issue and RedTiger, even though it wasn’t their fault, sent a replacement at no cost. I’ve also never experienced such hospitality with always replying back to emails in a timely manner. INCLUDING checkup emails! Will definitely be back for more goodies!

The new Suction Cup would NOT stick to my windshield. I tried multiple cleanings with no improvement. The suction would hold for 20 to 30 seconds then fall off. I gave up on the suction cup and ordered the non-suction version. It worked wonderfully. I reasoned that the rear camera used this type mount and it has never caused problems.

I have had the Red Tiger Dash camera for a few years. I am a satisfied customer with it. I did I had to replace the suction mount that connects the camera to the windshield. It could’ve been nice if the company had a warranty for it. Hopefully, the they may make some changes in the near future.
The suction on the original mount for my Redtiger F7N/F17 Dash Cam that I purchased 28 months ago stopped working! I am very pleased that it lasted 28 months! The replacement mount fits perfectly and works great!!! I am extremely happy with the replacement and hope it lasts just as long as the first!

I wish that failure of the suction cup didn’t require replacement of the GPS unit. This seems like a design flaw since I’m certain the suction cup will fail again.

My new redtiger is a F17 Elite , that's mean the one you sent me not compatible and don't fit, I c can't even use it, is a waisting money . You don't give any option for return, that's bad and very bad
I LOVE THE F7NP and am thinking of buying one of each of my 4 MUSTANGS. THE ONE THAT I have have follen off my windshield 4 times, the last time the suction cup tore away from the GPS mount so, I cant remount I with out buying a new mount with the GPS FOR 32+ DOLLARS. There should be a better way to replace the suction cup part. Other than that, I love It!

All I needed was the suction cup. I understand your design, but I would have preferred to have been able to purchase just the suction cup without having to repurchase the GPS module.

Shouldn't have to buy the entire gps just because the suction cup can't hold up the camera.
