Quality is on point night driving vision on camera is clear

Works as advertised. I set up a second battery in my truck that would power this hungry beast, as it draws 2.5A. To assist in isolating the main battery from the drain I put a Rearc isolator from Australia in between the batteries. With this setup, the camera runs in “Parking mode” for hours.

Setup was great. I have not downloaded videos yet. Only complaint so far is how long delivery took...10 days. Granted it was USPS delivery from California to North Carolina. Once I download video I may bump up to 5 stars.

I have not been able to install it yet. My new vehicle 12v plug is in the back of my car so we will have to hard wire it into the fuse box. Because the fuse box is located in the engine compartment, we had to order a different hardwire kit from Amazon. would like to send back the hardwire kit I originally ordered from RedTiger for a refund.

This dash cam is seriously overshadowed by the Vantrue N5 and it is pretty much has the same specs. I expected less for the price point. Truly amazed with the results.

Can I install/replace F17plus rear + inside cam to a F17elite? Feel like is a much better cam to have protecting your interior from rear. Anybody knows how to?

Store owner replied: Sorry, sir, the rear camera on the F17 Elite is a 2.5K camera and is not compatible with the F17 Plus.
This camera is very easy to install (I have a small hatchback which is difficult to move around in sometimes) but that didnt matter! The complete kit allows you to run cables and setup a 24/7 monitor system that you dont have to take the whole car apart to do. The camera is also really easy to connect to with your phone to download video clips! I highly recommend.
