The picture is great and clear. When driving, it is hidden by the rearview mirror, and the rear camera cannot be seen.
I am extremely satisfied with the performance of the driving recorder, as it captures clear and high-quality images. The accompanying app is remarkably user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. However, it's worth noting that if you wish to save the recordings on your phone, you'll need to download them while the camera is operational. This device provides excellent coverage in the event of an incident, making it a highly recommended product.
After extensively reading reviews and watching numerous videos, I, a non-technical individual, Installing and setting up the driving recorder took me approximately an hour. One feature that particularly appealed to me was the absence of a screen display, as it would have been highly distracting. Having experienced a collision in April and being subjected to a distressing road rage incident spanning a couple of miles, I realized the necessity of owning a dash cam. I did have a single inquiry and promptly contacted customer service via email, receiving a timely response. Thus far, my experience has been satisfactory.
I'm highly pleased with this driving recorder's performance. It captures sharp, top-notch images. The user-friendly app is easy to navigate. Just remember to download recordings while the camera is active if you want to save them on your phone. It offers great coverage for incidents, making it a solid recommendation.
I purchased this dash cam for my son's car after using different versions of it on my own vehicle and having a positive experience. It proved its worth recently when my son was involved in an accident and provided vital evidence of another driver running a red light. I've tried various dash cams, but only Redtiger met my expectations. Simple setup and clear footage viewing make it a solid choice. While I hope we don't need it anymore, I'm glad to have this layer of protection.
I was very impressed with the excellent video quality of this dash cam. It captures sharp shots and some hidden details, day or night. Audio recording is also excellent. It is easy to install and has a user-friendly design, but the size of the camera is larger than expected. Overall, a reliable companion on the road.
As some other F9 reviewers have written, don't buy the F7 hardware kit that Amazon recommends, it doesn't match the F9. You will need a specific F9 hardware kit for parking monitoring functionality.
Impressive image quality, but faced initial app pairing challenges, which an app update addressed. Installation is easy, with ample cable length, and cable management is prioritized for a smooth installation.

I brought this dashcam last year (april) via ebay and was very pleased with the purchase. The built quality and all accessories are great. I hired a professional for installation using the hardware kit, since I didn't want the wire clutter. All was smooth and mostly didn't have to worry about it after the installation. I did time to time checks and maintanence (updating the firmware if required). But after roughly a year (last month) the dashcam kept "factory resetting" every time I start my car and took many attempts to get it working (using the power button, while driving the car). Many times, the device randomly did a "factory reset" while driving. I tried using the direct connection (via the cigarette lighter port) and still the same issue. I reached out to the support team and they were very helpful. Emma from the team made sure that the issue was addressed. They agreed to send me a brand new device since the issue was unresolved. Fingers-crossed with the new one.
I have this system in each of our vehicles now for two years. I have been very happy with them. Recently I traded in and purchased a new vehicle. In the process I managed to throw out the mounting pad for the front camera. I was looking for a replacement and reached out to Customer Support. Not only were they able to provide a replacement but they sent it to me for free. Great product and great company!

Camera was very easy to set up and mount in my truck. The videos are very clear and not shakey at all. I haven't tried to mount the rear camera yet but i will mount the camera in side the rear window of the cap on back of the truck. I hope the cable that came with the camera will reach the rear of vehicle.

I like the small size of the cameras and how easy they are to install. Not having a display on the front camera and having to use the app on my phone to position the cameras works plenty fine for me. I did a firmware update shortly after install, and that went smoothly too. I found the camera on and off sounds annoying so adjusted volume down. App works fine, just have to disconnect Android Auto to be able to connect to camera via wifi. Super happy with purchase so far!
