Can I Install The Rear Camera Outside Of The Car?
No, the 4K rear camera of F77 is not waterproof, so please install it inside the of the car, usually on rear windshield.
Can F77 use the power cord of other dash cam?
The F77 host can use the power cable of other models of redtiger dashcams (such as F7N series products), but their rear cameras are not compatible. This means that if you directly replace the originally installed dashcam with F77, the 4K rear camera will not be available. We recommend that you re-arrange the cables.
Can the front and rear cameras record together?
Sure, the front and rear dual cameras can record and display the images on the screen at the same time.
What does the Hardwire Kit do? Do I have to install it?
Installing the Hardwire Kit is a prerequisite for you to activate the parking monitoring function. If you do not install the Hardwire Kit, the parking monitoring function will not work. If you find it difficult and troublesome to install, you can go to a car repair shop and ask a professional to install it for you.

The cameras are very well build and easy to install. The instructions are very clear. I love the build in memory it worked very well and I hope it works good in the winter as well. Time will tell. They included all the hardware for connecting to monitor parking mode. This is a big plus The pictures are very clear for both front and back cameras. You can read the license plate without any problems at all. You can use your phone to download the video from the camera very fast. Dash Cam is working outstanding!!!! Only had 1 issue so far. Dash Cam only recorded for 4 seconds while waiting at a red light. What would cause this to happen? Also the red light changed to a flashing red light which caused confusion as to who had the right-a-way.

First day with camera installed going to work. Caught a little accident in the early morning rain. The license plates are clearly visible of vehicles in front.

Excellent quality and software
I finally had a chance to use the front camera at night. In addition it was a rain/snow mix. The video shows license plates clearly, and removes glare from the wet road, cars and the streetlights. I have not yet installed the rear camera, but hope it is as excellent as the front.

It is an amazing product BUT first and foremost this company has a truly elite customer service ethic!! I know I am not the easiest customer at times but these folks go out of their way to make sure everything is satisfactory for their customers and because of that I have been a repeat customer many times. The F77 on this order i have installed on my wifes new Grand Cherokee and it perfect. Use the voice controls frequently. Quality is top notch and install was painless. I am ordering another or possible the F17 Elite for my Jeep. Alot of companies out there but RedTiger surpasses all in my book.

Delivery on time. Clear instructions. Easy installation. 2020 Toyota Tundra Crewcab. Cable made if easily from front to back and tucked away for a clean appearance. Great clarity on both front and rear camera. Intuitive touch screen menus for easy set up. I initially used the 12v plug in power source. Purchased a mirror powered connection that allowed me to hide all the power and connection wires on the windshield camera.
I had some issues with mounting the front camera, finally on the fourth attempt success using the second included mounting block.

Its so wobbly
Pros: Worked perfectly right out of the box. Excellent, clear video. Voice control responds even with the radio on. Easy setup. Cons: Took a while to get wiring done and hidden (not the fault of REDTIGER, I'm just a perfectionist). The rear camera mount doesn't quite give enough downward adjustment to point satisfactorily in an Audi A6 rear window. It points a bit too high - it barely sees the top of the trunk. It would be nice if REDTIGER could include an optional wedge adapter (maybe 10°-15°) to fit and lock in between the glass mount and the camera arm just for these edge case situations. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with the camera system and will purchase again for my next vehicle.
