If the group purchase fails, your money will be refunded via the original payment method.
Q: Can I use coupons when participating in a group buy?
No, the group-buy price is the lowest ever, and it cannot be combined with any coupons.
Q: How do I get the anniversary sale discount?
In the “Special Anniversary Deals” section of this page, you'll find a unique discount code below each product. Copy the code and apply it at checkout.
Q: How do I become a Redtiger VIP?
Once you complete registration, you will join the Redtiger VIP program. When your total points reach a certain threshold, your VIP level will be upgraded, and you will receive additional benefits.
Q: How do I use my points? Are there any restrictions?
Currently, you can redeem points for coupons. We will introduce the option to redeem points for products in the future. Coupons redeemed with points and discounts from VIP tiers cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Q: How long are the points valid for?
Points are valid for one year and will be cleared after that period. A reminder email will be sent one month and three days before the points expire. VIP status is valid indefinitely. If your VIP level is upgraded after earning points, the benefits will take effect within one hour at the latest.
